Fun Family Day Out

Our whole family could hardly wait for the release of Toy Story 3! We have purchased everything from TS3 t-shirts to popcorn to gummies to mac and cheese and all things in between to prepare for this event. Needless to say, it was a big day for the Ewings!

Children's Village Part Deux

This was a bridge that was moved back and forth using your strength. It was super shaky and was hard to move. Laney loved it and went back and forth and back and forth.

There were manual water pumps here and there and watering cans. The kids loved filling up the cans and watering the nearby gardens.

but we did so many fun things on our trip back home,

While we were in Cheyenne visiting my parents, we went to the Children's Village. This is a new place built almost totally by donations from Cheyenne area residents. Volunteers run it and it is eco-friendly and educational. What a neat place and Laney loved it.

Family Day in Our Favorite Town!

On our trip, we spent a day in Ft. Collins, eating at our favorite place and having ice cream. Simple, but perfect!

This guy was playing some instrument that I can't remember and singing a kid-friendly song about bananas. The girls were instantly drawn to him!
